Our whole beef package can take some time to prepare. Because each animal is processed in alignment with scheduled harvest dates and then butchered and packaged to specifications, fulfillment times can vary.
Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for your order to be ready. We appreciate your patience and are happy to provide updates on your order status at any time.

- 2lbs shortloin/striploin steaks (approx. 4)
- 2lbs sirloin steaks (approx. 4)

- 5lbs stewing beef
- 15lbs beef roasts (variety of sirloin/crossrib/blade/brisket)
- 1 bag soup bones
- 1 tub beef tallow
*approximately 1/8th of a cow or 40lbs of beef (excluding the weight of the soup bones and tallow)
